This title - Horizon Table refers - to the Galerie Ra presentation
in which tables play a crucial role. All kinds of household utensils
are displayed on it: needles, spoons, an exercise book, jewellery
...
Using these, Manon van Kouswijk creates space for meaning. Space for
interpretations and associations; for an activity or a process. Space
for a trail, a story or a past. You, the observer, user or wearer
supply the answer:
Are the graphite needles for sewing or for writing?
Is the spoon a spoon, or a closet fork?
Are they rings or earrings?
